FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT PELAKSANAAN EVALUASI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS KOTA TANGERANG

Abstract :

The purpose of this research was to find out how counseling teachers carry out the guidance and counseling program in senior high schools in the city of Tangerang, whether it has been implemented according to the plans and objectives that have been set. Thus it can be found the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling program in senior high schools in Tangerang city in achieving the goals that have been set. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the guidance and counseling program in senior high schools in Tangerang city, as well as identifying the factors that influence its implementation. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive approach, data acquisition was carried out through observation, interviews giving questions to 39 BK teachers through the goggle form, from the results of the study there were several obstacles such as the limited number of BK personnel at school, too much workload, data incompletely owned resulting in not running a good program evaluation.
